Conditions to be eligible

  • Applicants to the council have to be 'voting members' of CSS. All informations about joining the society can be found on the registration page. Those who registered for ECCS09 for more than 3 days are eligible (they are new voting members). You can also check you voting statute on your account page. New voting members might not have there account already updated on the site.
  • For a perfect information of the electors, it is important that applicants fill their 'Complex System Profile'.

Important dates


  • Before Sept 7 2009 : Announce your application
  • Sept. 7 2009: List of candidates is made public and vote for the council is opened.
  • Sept. 14, midnight : Vote for CSS council is closed.
  • Sept. 15 2009 : Results of elections are published,
  • The council will meet at the ECSS09 conference in Warwick Sept. 21-25 2009 .
